  The item appears new, but it wouldn't function. I contacted the seller and relayed the situation. They responded with suggested help. I did notice the package arrived with caution placed on the package itself. Handle with care, fragile,fragile Handle With Care wasn't on the package. I did suggest to the seller, that it could have been damaged because it wasn't indicated it was fragile. The seller seemed very concerned. I stated would reinstall it one more time. Still, the result was the same.

  Came with literally just the motherboard, no screws, no cmos battery etc. But it worked like a brand new one and was priced very well. It looked very well and the quality is good.
