  Negative experience with this seller! Velvet coat purchase unfit to be sold, stitching rucking up front hem, sent out a second one exactly the same, so requested a refund. Posted back the two items, exactly how they had been sent out, in black plastic bags, tightly wrapped, had to wait until EBay refunded me due to seller saying they were not sent back how sent out, total untruth. All I can say is buyer beware!

  The item arrived looking very different to advertised. Same brand but in no real packaging, just loose and crudely vacuum packed, with a musty smell. Had considered buying some as a gift but glad I didn’t as these could even have been pre-used as there’s nothing to imply they’re new.
