  I just wanted to say that xfactorss did an awesome job. The water pump had nuts and bolts missing. No fuss. They immediately sent me a complete replacement unit.Their communncation with me was prompt and very pleasant. I really can recommend this company and I will order products with them in the future.   I received the awning, and described as listed, which included the screws to install. I don't like the screws and would have to get other screws. There are no instructions but seems like an easy to install once you determine where the studs are. I don't think this would hold up in the winter in my location. I am going to have my contractor install and see what he says. This was purchased to prevent hard rain from filling up in the air conditioner.
