  I placed my order September 20th. And until September 27th, there was no tracking number. And as soon as I contacted them, they sent me the information. That means two things. They took 7 days before sending any information which is unacceptable and they only started shipping after the customer complain.. not professional and receiving the item late defeats the purpose I bought it for!
