  Terrible seller. Got a message after purchase saying I might have to pay more for shipping and they would let me know. Seller has slow response time to inquiries and uses pushy sales techniques. Their low prices are incredibly attractive, but it's all a show for products they either won't sell you, or try to charge more for after the transaction.

There will be no such fees for normal deliveries.   My initial impression of the lift is 100% positive! I purchased this unit because the first one I ordered was too heavy for a lift-gate delivery . Getting a refund on the first machine and reordering this one was easy and the folks (Judy and Joe) at Xilin were prompt, polite and professional.
