  "Buyer requested a return on an item clearly marked as no returns accepted. Policy was stated in the listing." However I still try to make a reasonable effort to make satisfied customer I offer a partial refund of $50 dollars. Also accepted the buyers offer for a lower price. The bag is in excellent condition!! The buyer stated that she smelled a strange odor. I’m a honest seller if I smelled an odor it would have been started in my description. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I tried
