    The item took forever to ship but it was included in the shipping date. They were on vacation or something because I got a out of office email. It would have been nice if the listing would have said something about that before I ordered it because I could have went to micro center and paid $8 more and got it the same day.

    I received the HP EliteBook on saturday, it came perfectly as described. I did have some technical difficulties, when I received the laptop, but I managed to fix it. Thank you very much for this laptop. It is a great laptop for the price.
