  The tablet came on time and it was the best value for the quality. It came in great condition and works great so far. There was no scratches, marks, or anything missing as far as I see. They promptly responded to my offer and even sent it out as fast as they could. The only thing I’ve experienced is that the dial on the keydial lags or takes a very long time to respond when zooming or scrolling. But I don't know if that is a program or hardware problem. Overall 10/10 experience.

  Overall it was basically brand new right out the box! Everything was included within the box, great condition, however the box itself for the tablet was ripped in the sides but that doesn’t matter to me anyway. What matters is the tablet and pen and everything included, which to me was as I said brand new pretty much! Glad I chose to get this instead of buy one new, great!

  Item arrived early. Some small rips and dents here and there on the outer box. All the electronic inside seems to be working and looks good in condition, no scratch or dent. For a used item it's pretty good. Thank you so much.
