  Seller had to send twice due to USPS damaging first package and losing the contents after 2 weeks of shipping time. Seller communicated great throughout the entire process and shipped quickly on his part; USPS dropped the ball, and I hope the seller can get some sort of reimbursement from their loss.   Exactly as pictured! Showed up packed well with all hardware needed in a sealed bag (aka not all over the box) in perfect condition with no dings or dents. The bracket is plenty beefy and super solid which is amazing considering competing brackets are $250++. This has crazy amounts of value and the only other track bar bracket on the market available. FAST shipping. Excellent seller and great product!!

  I did not get the product do to a shipping malfunction. Bummer , however without any further discomfort this seller Immediatly refunded me. At the same time I have almost same issue with different seller that says it's my problem the shipper claims it got fuel pump which I did not, that shipper will get negatives as they deserve but this seller is a very good seller because they fix there problems ,and so I say thank you very much!

  Listed as 5/8 inch diameter, upon arrival they are 1/2 inch. Seller had free returns so I am not going to bash them. just wish they could understand the inch measuring system. Money refunded in a timely manner. Not happy but didn't get ripped off. ask question of this seller

  Initially received the wrong product. Contacted seller, and they corrected the problem quickly and satisfactorily. While obviously it would have been better to get the right part the first time, they were very prompt and courteous in correcting the mistake. This means significantly more to me than never making a mistake, and I would definitely do business again.
