Box was very damaged but that was UPS and maybe shipped upside down or something because the engine oil all leaked in the box. The customer service was great about it and nothing was actually wrong. I just replaced the oil. Also pressure from shipping may of been a factor. Running just fine now. Shipping cost seemed steep but pretty standard when I looked. Ferring was difficult to put on and had to manipulate brackets but looks good when together.

Upon 3rd contact seller chose to refund instead of making things right. Without the nub that should be present the entire assembly would have spun around the handle bar, the reasoning behind saying it was packed broken is because both times the broken part was not in the packaging anywhere.

In less than 8 hours. Took three days to get here but made it back to Texas in less than 8 hours. Took a week to get back to me and the mail had crushed it. No fault of the seller. The seller gave me a refund right away. Which I felt bad for asking for. As it was not there fault. So I give these guys 100 thumbs up. Very trust worthy people and that means a lot.
