  Item arrived much earlier than expected, which is usually a great thing, however I’m also waiting on a screen panel to arrive in order to use it. The item is very well packaged, took some turns during shipping, but was protected. Quality: 5/5, although I haven’t had the chance to test it, its build quality is great so far. Condition: New and clean Value: Loved it Appearance: The item is 5/5, the exterior package is 3/5, but that’s only because of shipping tumbles, the item is undamaged. ty!

  I purchased this to replace the battery of a dying Dell XPS 13 9380 that I've used for 6 years. Retail price for an OEM replacement was 80$ (over 90$ after shipping), so I took a chance on this one at 51$. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of what I received. Seems to be 3rd party, but after installation and a few hours of use/diagnostics, I have had no performance issues. Seller also included the screwdriver heads and tools needed for repair, which was helpful. Overall: 10/10
