  Seller never sent item! Never contacted with explanation, after waiting for over one month , I requested a refund from eBay. Do not recommend to deal with this seller.

  Even though this seller had to deal with the fire in California they made sure that they got my order out Even though I asked them to hold off on it until they were OK the only other seller I had do that is in North Carolina you don't get very many sellers that will do that I got my order today it's in great condition and it was packaged great thank you I appreciate it

  It took 10 days before item was shipped and a total of 16 days from day purchased for it to arrive. I sent a message to ask when it would be shipped and finally got a reply on day 11 that it had been shipped. Very poor communication and customer service.

  Terrible seller with NO customer service etiquette, schedule or appreciation whatsoever. Never mailed item in nearly a month's time and only replied twice to many of my inquiries, only to cut and paste the same bogus response to just buy more time. Avoid this seller completely or buyer beware. Had to have eBay step in finally to get my refund and the seller never did respond. People like this should be BANNED from being on eBay. What a waste of time, money and effort.
