  Item description and many pictures on the site indicated that it would work both horizontally and vertically. I purchased it intending to use it only vertically. Item arrived with explicit instructions and obvious design details that it can only be used horizontally. I can probably find another place to use it(it is, in fact, only a FAN and not an AIR CONDITIONER as stated many times in the description). I am, however, quite disappointed in the extensive degree of false advertising here.
