  The product was expired, honestly I can't imagine how could you sell an expired product for a newborn baby ,I am not definitely recommending this seller and I am wondering if they feel better and richest with £11.65 ?

  Hi there, I'm sorry to see you are not satisfied with your purchase. As you did not contact me about this issue before leaving feedback, it could not be resolved. To clarify, the product was NOT expired as you claim. Expiry date is not the same as Best Before date. Being a natural supplement it stays good for a very long time hence why BB dates are used and not expiry. Lastly, this info was stated in the description.

  Ordered by mistake as did not see it was a CLIP ON bar and not for internal piercing requested a return and was refused for silly reasoning, this has not been “used” I would understand if it was for a piercing but as it’s a CLIP ON one it’s ridiculous would not recommend buying from this person

  I'm sorry this transaction did not go as you expected. The item title clearly states this to be a faux belly bar. The description does the same. Returns are not accepted for piercing jewellery or jewellery made for intimate areas for hygiene reasons. This is a standard rule for any online or high street retailer, as resale is not possible.
