I'm so sorry you didn't receive your item. Obviously, once you let me know you hadn't received it I arranged the refund. Please understand that once I post an item I have no control over it and unfortunately Royal Mail lost your parcel. I do feel it's unfair to leave negative feedback in circumstances beyond my control & where I have resolved the issue.
