  I did not give a neutral because I am a seller too. The part I ordered was different than what I thought but that was my fault. However the part that he sent sells directly from Toyota for about $3. He charged $16. I bought 2 so it was $32 for $6 in parts. I started wondering how I could get in on this! He did ship them to me fast and free and did not give me a hard time on the return. They were exactly what he described and were both brand new. I did spend $6 postage for the return.

  I ordered the wrong color but after a quick message they sent me the right parts and answered super fast when I was confused about the color. Perfect seller. Great price.

  Excellent item, just as described in the ad. Fast shipping, almost the same day. If it's OEM quality, it's exactly like the original. Recommended. The price is a bit high, but this part isn't actually found in used spare parts, but it's an excellent option if you can't find it anywhere. Customer service could be improved, their response by message takes too long,

  Product came in quickly and as advertised. I actually thought it was black instead of the brown I ordered but when I put the part on the truck, it did in fact match the brown. Packaged nicely to avoid the destruction and devastation caused by the shippers. Thanks for setting such a high standard even for the little stuff!
