  First off the seller sent me the laptop and it was still logged in so I couldn’t even use it for a day. I had to message the seller twice before he got back to me and told me the login info and asked me to reset the laptop for them. After I finally was able to use the laptop I realized that two whole keys on the keyboard aren’t even working. I messaged the seller about this and they have not responded even a week later. I will not be buying from them again.
