    Easily one of my favorites sellers on Ebay. Great selection and service. Communication was great, packaging and shipping is amazing, you can see care for these antiques. I'm definitely buying more from Antiques NW, which I already did! Also they mailed me some lovely postcards something that just added so much to the care and quality of service!!

    Appears as fraud. If the seller wants to include complementary items they need to be sent with the item. To send items of lesser value and list the item as delivered looks as fraud. Hopefully I'm wrong.

    Cutomer wriote us the following mesage: "I received the kneeler today. It is exactly as advertised and I'm very happy. My apologies for my initial concerns, as it turns out they were undeserved. I highly recommend you to your future customers. Thankyou for fulfilling the order as you promised." A communication to the customer was missed explaining we want to send this piece by transport, beacause it needs more TLC than sending via UPS. It's important that your purchase it handled with care!
