  Received item, not what I ordered. Contact seller and was offered a 15% discount. I said no because i did not need what was sent to me. After over a week seller said return item. Seller never gave a refund. Thank you eBay for refunding my money. Be aware of this seller. Watch out for poor quality products. I is located in china. Took almost two months to resolve this problem. Again thanks to eBay money back,

  Bought over the Tariff transition so delivery was not smooth. Communication was slow and a bit unusual as well. I assumed from cultural differences and seller trying to ensure correctness. Overall I am very pleased with the product. The fitment and quality of the item were exceptional once the item settled into the space. Seller was otherwise pleasant and reasonable to deal with in a less than smoot transition.

  Took a a couple of months to receive my matt, my package got lost but contacted them resend my matt again received a month later. Loved my matt for my car fit perfectly!

  I ordered this dash mat. this is the third one I have ordered. the other two were from other vendors. none of them fit my 2025 SantaCruz, including this one, I notified them and sent pics of it and they refunded my card soon as they saw it. I'm not sure what is going on but every suppler is having problems with this mini truck. but kudos to them giving the refund instantly. others I had to start to get Ebay involved but not them.
