Über uns

Yishtabach started in 2010 by giving out ritual washing cups for the recovery of our beloved late Rabbi in Roslyn, Long Island. With Hashem's help we gave out over 1,200 ritual washing cups. From there we started giving out Tsitzit to kids and adults to help bring them closer to Judaism. After many months of Jews in the Roslyn community stepping up, we decided to start expanding our search. Our many posts were answered with people from all over the Tri-state area, donating anything and everything from Shabbat candlesticks to shofars to sefarim (Jewish Books). The donated books are given to people who can not afford them, schools that need them or programs that can use them, books are also sold and used to fund different mitzvah projects.
