  The best of my Yitas so far. The second best I have is also a Lord Wilton model (T20). So I guess their Wiltons are worth a recommend! Shipping was fast, about a week. Standard auction violin packaging, I have ordered many Yitas, all have arrived fine, this one did too. There was confusion about the violin pictures but the seller answered questions and I got the one I wanted. Excellent for it's price, again.

  I’m a beginner violinist but a friend recommended this shop, I’m very happy with the instrument would do business here again. It arrived faster than expected, well packaged, no damage. All was as pictured/described. Seller responded very quickly to emails. Seller included fine tuners for free (i asked for them) and did a nice job fitting the Aubert bridge to the instrument. The sound post stayed in place during shipping. The bow included is nice quality. Case is basic but good. Thanks!

  The violin I received was not the one pictured in the eBay listing. The seller acknowledged the mistake, took full responsibility, and promptly issued a full refund. However, the violin I received had visible damage and quality issues, including embedded dirt in the varnish and scratches. Despite this, the seller s customer service was excellent, and they handled everything professionally. I appreciate their fairness in resolving the matter.

  Everything was as it should be, and more. The viola is amazing. It is at the higher end in price, but you really do get what you pay for. It is everything as advertised. Easy to play, very deep tone, very responsive. Seller was very good in updating delivery. A+ ebayer.

  The overall quality of the instrument is good. The instrument that arrived is the same as in the photos, and the resonance is excellent. However, I tried to contact the seller to purchase a bridge and a case, but was unsuccessful. My emails sent via Yahoo mail and Gmail could not be delivered, and I also tried to contact the eBay seller directly, but received no response.
