  Terrible seller. Appears to be a drop shipping account. My product I received was not the correct product. The seller provided a return label, which I used and it showed as delivered. The seller kept saying for 5 weeks that I should wait until they received the product. Then they said I should contact the courier, UPS, to inquire about my refund.

  I've used this product for months was glad to find it on eBay. It was shipped on time via UPS, the say said it was delivered to my door but it was a different apt. I contacted UPS, no results I contacted the seller and she was qu to replace my item! I told her to wait, hoping the person who received it will bring it to me. But still nothing. I was very impressed by what the seller did I will pay her back if the package ever shows up
