  Not sure about the original sale--item was listed as used, but is clearly new, never used but inoperative--DOA. Seller offered a partial (all but $3) refund which I accepted. Should be worth $3. to take it apart and tinker with it.

  The hearing aid arrived with the wrong battery in it and when I found out the correct battery to use and installed it there was nothing. Completely dead and unusable. I tried two other fresh batteries to make sure it wasn't the battery and still dead. Total rip off

  We tried to explain to the buyer that the wrong battery size was being used, but unfortunately, that was not followed. We are unable to replace the batteries remotely unless the buyer chooses to do so. The issue appears to be with the battery selection rather than the actual product.

  The item did not work as advertised but it's an old mp3 player, so oh well. The seller had little advice for getting the device to power on, but in their defense the manual said the same thing. A full refund was offered, but I was only looking for confirmation that the device worked at all. If purchasing from this seller in the future I would proceed, but that is because I already expected to have to repair the item anyway. Experience was fine
