  Item has not arrived after over two weeks of its expected delivery timeline, tracking hasn't updated in almost two weeks either. Seller has been non responsive and required me to open a dispute for resolution. I would not recommend dealing with a seller who doesn't take ownership.

  I received this item and am still waiting on the charger and 2 -12 volt batteries. They were supposed to be delivered on 6-13-25. It's 6-16-25 and am still waiting. I need the charger and batteries for the 1/4" dewalt cordless wrench that I received. Please look into this matter. The money has already been taken out of My account. Thank You, Rick Jacobsen
