  I received a damaged case (see black spot embedded in the plastic). I contacted the seller and I was polite and respectful. I offered to send the case back to them. They have run me around, refused to accept the case back, and won't refund me or send me a new case. I told them I'd leave a poor review, and they offered a 10% discount. I don't want that. I want a new case--you know, the case I paid for. BEWARE this seller.

  WORST transaction I've ever suffered through, sad to say. Only got 2 of 3 items ordered. None of the colors shown, and the refund took more than a month. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  I don't believe this seller is located in the USA, as communication was only in overnight hours for EST, but constant or delayed, depending on who knows what!! Very frustrating, drawn out transaction that took more than a month to get items and refund for listed item that was not available. None of the colors ordered were shipped, and only 2 of 3 arrived. WORST transaction I've ever had on e-Bay. I do not recommend this business, sadly. They offer good stuff, but is it really in stock??
