  I will have to make a pcb before i can actually test it, but pins do appear to have ESD diodes so that’s a good sign :) - Provided it works, this is exception value for a 28nm FPGA with close to 2 million logic cells. Even though 2nd hand, it is balled ready to solder or socket. Note that this is probably an “Engineering Sample” as it is marked “1C-ES” - either way it is still great value. Shipping was also quite quick and the device arrived safely as it was well packed.
