  We explained to the bbuyer ,UPS didn't update the tracking number soon , when device is released from cusotms office ,and then UPS will update the tracking online and we also provide the UPS tracking number , and then on Dated Dec 13 ,device has new uodate on UPS website because item already finish cusotms clearance and release from ustoms office

  we ship to you machine at the begining by dhl ,and dhl told me your address is remote area , so dhl can't send the device to your door, if we wants to continue to transport ,need to pay extra fees ,and when device arrvies to your country, dhl will ask an domestic shipping company to send to your door , and i told yu this situation ,and you also agree to pay extra fee , but after we send you an payment link ,you don't pay it , we ask you many times ,you don't reply me any more.

  Laser just as described and excellent delivery ... well packaged and reasonably fast. Excellent support ... there is no manual, but they include link for .pdf. Other doctors are interested so we are working on a YT instruction series to help with setup and our particular use.
