  Seller worked with me to find a suitable alternative (DRR-M30) because the original item (DRR-M33) was damaged. Gave me a $10 refund as a result. Packaged well, product works as described and the shipping time was definitely faster than the automated estimate. Seller was very responsive to my questions.
