The card literally has a crease across it. Box was larger than the card. I always pack my figures with care and bubble wrap. Figure was $14.99 Canadian. I blame Canada Post if there was any damage but I wish the buyer would have messaged me first before the feedback because a 14.99 figure I would have easily replaced with a perfect new one. Sorry that this happened to you.
