  AWFUL, DISHONEST SELLER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is, without a doubt, the worst transaction I have ever experienced. The seller sent a phone that was clearly damaged during repairs and unusable, then had the absolute audacity to deny all responsibility Instead of handling the issue professionally, he used excuse of a supposed passing family member (grandma) as a manipulative shield to avoid issuing a simple refund. DO NOT BUY HERE. He is dishonest and appalling utterly unreliable.

  Service was completed but took longer than advertised. Watch was shipped promptly but was missing band. Contacted seller who laughed and asked to be contacted at a later date. Later confirmed he did not have the missing band but told me I can buy one online. Was offered discounted rate on future service. I requested a partial refund for the cost of the band but seller never replied. I will not use this service again. Seller proved to be unprofessional and rude.

  This is a complete scam!! Sent them my watch to repair (in a box) and they kept it and faked like they sent it back and sent an EMPTY BAG to a FAKE address in my same city (to mimick sending it back) Postmaster showed me the fake package they sent that was EMPTY
