  This was a nightmare, the company mailed to wrong person in New York. Could not get the carrier to reroute item. Company sent me the tracking with message for me to call and deal with issue. this item was needed for a presentation that didn’t happen because of the coat being sent to wrong person. They did send another coat to me. This all started May 13, receive coat 24 Jun. didn’t offer any refund for their screw up. Coat is made well but missing one clasp to help keep coat closed.

  Just received my first Cassock from Zarb. I love it. It seemed too good to be a quality cassock I can wear everyday as a parish priest for the price. The customer service folks were very prompt and friendly the helping me customize my sizing and answering my questions. The material is a smooth, flat polywool fabric with a comfortable half lining. The delivery turn around was very quick. One negative, no pocket slits, which are standard on Roman cassocks. I just assumed it would have them.
