  this product keeps my 14 year old dog very active. Shipping was taking a while,without any movement passed "label created" but seller responded quickly, tracked down the package and found it was hanging out in customs for an extra-long time, but was now on it's way. Received it about a week later. I think it was still all within the sellers listed shipping window.

  Not and authentic Top Toy product, you can tell by the placement of the eyes and the beak that should not be down over the headband, the box came in a small plastic bag barely bigger than the box and it was crushed. After I started the return process the seller contacted me to say they would me $10 dollars back and I didn’t need to return the product and when I said no, I’m returning it for a full refund they kept trying to get me to not return it and give me less money than I paid for it.
