  Extreme tight Precision Packaging to the point of being a puzzle on how to get the fragile item out of the box without damage. Perhaps the seller needs to include removal instructions for the buyer . Not a pleasant experience to say the least .

  Thank you for your feedback! It’s a very fragile antique lace figurine. These types of figurines must be carefully packed to avoid any pressure on the lace, and they should only be secured to the box at two points. I had to create a custom box for it. You’re absolutely right — I should include instructions on how to open the box. My apologies, and thank you again.
