  The best way to know the character of a seller is how they handle sales if something isn't right. I had an issue with the item being slightly defective. The seller was not aware of the defect and promptly refunded my money even though I did not request a refund. She was prompt with her communication, professional through and through and I would absolutely buy from this seller again. i

  The DVDs arrived well packaged, as described. They all played without issue. The price was pretty fantastic for 2 of these sets (now to find vol 3 & 4).
