  Item was damaged during shipment, but the seller took immediate responsibility and quickly found a satisfactory resolution to the issue. Shipping can be rough on any item, and damages happen even with careful packaging. What you want is a seller that takes ownership of the situation if/when it occurs. This one does, and it was greatly appreciated.
