  I was struggling with getting my starter going (issues on my part I’m pretty sure) but I was following all instructions and have no clue where I went wrong. I decided to message the seller for advice and they responded within 24 hours. The following day I did find mold on my starter and shared this with them and they immediately sent me a new one along with helpful reading material! They are so kind and supportive. Absolutely amazing company :)
