  The item took a pretty long time to get here but I did not know the item was coming from some where in Europe. The packaging was more than excellent since it took me more than 20 minutes to open the package. The item was as described. I just hope the item fits my 1999 M3. I got the item today. I still have to take it to the shop to have it installed.
