  It is indeed, OEM straight from HP, best quality ever! Brand new condition as stated in the listing, I wish it was cheaper, but hey better than nothing. Overall appearance is a 10 out of 10! Most important of them all- Was packaged very well! Definitely top seller right here!

  These comments have little to do with the vendor. My pet Macaw pulled most of the keys off myHP Envy. The backlight has a sticky back covering 100% and is extremely difficult to apply to the back of the keyboard. The keyboard is plastic welded to the case and you must cut the plastic to remove the old KB and re-weld the plastic when attaching the new KB with what is left of the plastic you cut away. This ain’t a repair job that is just dealing with tiny screws. Consider a new laptop.

  Sorry, but this is just what you're supposed to do when you purchased a single keyboard and replace. If you need the job easier, please choose a palmrest & keyboard assembly instead.
