  I had contacted HP who replied "Unfortunately, the part is no longer available:" They suggested an alternative part and gave me the contact details of 3 suppliers only 1 gave me the courtesy of a reply. A friend suggested I try eBay. I was delighted with the quality of the service provided: the product arrived 1 day earlier: it was in excellent condition, [new]: securely packaged: works. If only I had gone straight to eBay I would have saved myself considerable time stress. Thanks.

  The item received, albeit an equivalent charger, wasn't as depicted in the listing. The discrepancy arose just as vendor shut shop for a month or so. Whilst I wanted to exchange for the correct item, I feared this would take too long to resolve, so opted to keep item sent(it was cheap and desperately needed). Other than that, order was despatched quickly, well packaged and arrived safely.

  All I can say is WOW. Price,dispatch,delivery and quality all excellent. Seller responded quick to a question, after buying it was dispatched the same day, arrived 2 days later.
