The seller put tape directly on the poster which ruined parts of the front of the poster. Not sure why they added tape directly to the front of it. Poor packaging. Just didn’t take time to do it correctly.

Per my first comment, I’m keeping the program this time but I do want a refund since as I said I purchased the exact same program from the same seller twice as you noticed in this email. I don’t think I need a photo to prove my point since you just did.

I returned it since it was poorly packed and a number of pages got slightly wet. I was promised a refund along with shipping. After it was returned, I still wanted to obtain this program and saw there was one for on EBay so I bought not knowing it was from the same seller and was the same program I returned. I paid the seller twice for the same item and have not gotten a refund for the return. I’m keeping it this time.
