  The experience with this seller was appalling! My package was missing for a month & the item wasn't delivered on time. So I filed a claim, AS REQUIRED BY EBAY, so the seller could contact the carrier & he's went crazy, demanding I close my claim or "he'd cause me problems" & he made racist comments when I tried to explain that it was normal to claim the item I paid. I filed a complaint with eBay & I advise against any transaction with this guy, the negative reviews on his profils are justified!!

  Dear BADBUYER,The Problem is because your impatience. strict to the delivery time even the shipping agent only can give ETA (Estimate), open case without asking/chat. I demand to close the claim since I already make follow up and report to you (please check your chat) but you ignore it.you said that open case is ebay regulation to protect buyer, on the other side as a seller ebay give me protection to block your country (France) to avoid problem in the future, but you consider this as racist.
