  I asked the seller if they could do custom shapes and showed them my design, to which they replied that they could and to order the Harry Potter set and they’d make my designs in its place. All sounded great to me but the product never arrived and I’ve tried to contact them numerous times with no response at all. I’ll have to claim back through eBay. They were very quick to respond before I placed the order so it’s odd that three messages sent over the last week have been blanked.
