Seller packed the bag in a box too small, bending the top handle and damaging the bag. Same with the packing of the strap. The bag was otherwise in nearly pristine condition, so it’s sad to see a 28 year old handbag damaged just from the way it was packed.

Good morning, I am truly sorry for the condition of your item. I realize that there is nothing the I can do to fix this. I would be happy to make an exception and allow a return on this item. I will even pay to have the item shipped back. Would this reconcile the purchase?
