This item was not as described. It was advertised as an IKEA Billy bookcase which it is clearly not and so is mismatched in size with the full-size IKEA bookcase it was bought to go alongside. The purchased shelf is on the left of the picture and the genuine Billy is on the right.

Negative feedback is completely unfair. This bookcase was bought from IKEA and was labelled as a Billy so more or certainly is! Not only that but the buyer requested measurements and was provided with them before they decided to purchase so how the fact that it doesn't match the one she has is my fault is beyond me!? Buyer sent a message after taking the bookshelf home stating that she would not return the item but wanted me to resolve the issue, clearly just wanted a freebie! Block this buyer
