I think this is one of the worst seller in ebay ,i got my bed 2 weeks latter that one was wood broken and headside was ripped. I've contacted them they are not bothered no response till one week

Ordered a king size bed they said its in stock 5 days delivery, after 2 weeks never received the bed !? Delivery company said it’s out of stock! Very poor customer service and communication
the only good thing they done is refund my money…

My problem initially was the poor communication regarding that very late arrival of the package (+2 weeks late). However, when the bed arrived, it arrived damaged. Again, trying to get hold of the seller was impossible. So, I had to escalate this through PayPal to resolve, which they have now. Very poor and careless communicator.
