The item was said to be new but it was used and the product was bent and had scratches in the cover and the packaging was broken and retaped. A new product is a new product so I’m a bit upset to most for a new orient only to get a used one in fair condition.

The seller said that it was never used but failed to check the item so it was an honest mistake. The seller did give me a discount for the nonnewness, scratches and the bent metal so all in all, I'm ok with it now. Its just when you expect shiny and sparkly and get a bit of dullness, you can't help but be a bit disappointed but the seller did rectify things.
