  Pleasant surprise. Arrived within a day of posting DHL👍 package was well protected, item was as advertised…very surprised as this item was released end of last year and I couldn’t get it for a reasonable price which is what ‘figures collectibles’ is all about, so I didn’t have to pay through the nose for import taxes and high price, and wait for this months release of this item. Thanks guys. I don’t know how they do it but generally better price for hottoys than most.

  So, much like recent feedback from another buyer; UK ready and confirmed so by seller. It took ten days to arrive and mine was also sent to the INCORRECT ADDRESS. I had to ask work colleagues to travel to the address to retrieve my order. Seller only offered £30 off my next purchase with them. Upon asking that they refund the postage on my purchase, was told they'd get back to me. No reply in over a week. Box damaged on receipt from poor packaging? (in a bag!) Very poor service, all around.

  this item was listed as in uk and ready to ship 3 to 5 days max. was charged just under £19.00 for pp took 12 days to get to me. contacted seller and they kept coming up with excuses as to why it hadn't been posted. it was finally posted with incorrect delivery address details. had to contact dhl to give them the correct address. the item i paid for was worth 340.00 all dhl had to do was take a picture and leave it no signature necessary. this action is piss poor from the seller .

  Item took long time to arrive not as detailed when purchased. Postage high considering delay, received parcel quicker from china. Communication from seller was delayed, but item was as described and well packaged.
