  I gave a neutral rating. The box I received was damaged, had a big whole. I don't think it was the seller's fault...I blame UPS. I don't think UPS handles cares about there packages. The product I received was okay condition. Two Elite Trainer Box had a hole in the seal. A majority of the ETB's had there corners bent in but still sealed. So they didn't feel Brand new. Only one was it excellent condition. It could have been UPS don't know but it soured the whole experience for me.
