Quiet and clean.
Easy to install on my Honda Civic Fn2, watch a YouTube video to check how to remove the old ones however. Excellent performance and silent, for now.

White!
Great looking bulbs, closest to LED you can get from halogen. Very white with a slight blue tinge, I don't think I'll be pulled over though. The light output is a little less compared to standard bulbs, but not dim enough to be a deal breaker.
