Unfortunately, being a buyer in the EU so due to Brexit, I had to pay a substantial extra amount of duties/customs, which was a bit of a turn off. Of course this is not the vendor's fault and communication with the vendor was very fast and good and they were so friendly to refund me 10£ from the duties/customs... I would definitely recommend this vendor but buyers in the EU should be very cautious and aware substantial extra duties can occure!
